- 2 cups Bam Bam Steam Katarni Rice
- 500g Chicken, bone-in
- 1 cup Yogurt
- Biryani Masala
- Saffron soaked in milk
- Fried Onions
Step-by-Step Guide

Wash and soak the premium Bam Bam Steam Katarni Rice for 30 minutes.

Marinate the chicken with yogurt, biryani masala, and ginger-garlic paste.

Partially cook the rice in boiling water with whole spices.

Layer the cooked chicken and rice, top with saffron and fried onions, and slow cook (dum) for 20 minutes.
